Common Questions

How Much is it Going to Cost?

When you are ready to pick up your vehicle, please call us and we will tell you the amount that is due that day. Storage is charged each calendar day.

 How is the Bill Determined?

If it is a Police Impound, the services, towing, and storage rates are determined by contract. Per Oregon Statutes, Storage Fees are calculated by Calendar Days. We are required to request vehicle records and appraise vehicles in our possession so there is a fee to cover these costs. A gate fee may also be added if you choose to pick up your vehicle after our normal office hours of 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

Can I get my Personal Belongings?

Yes, you may retrieve any items out of your vehicle, provided you show valid picture ID and Proof of Ownership, within 15 days of Impound. Note that anything attached to the vehicle may not be removed from the vehicle until charges are paid. A gate fee may also be added if you choose to pick up your belongings after our normal office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

I wasn’t driving, am I Responsible?

If you are the registered owner, you are responsible for all charges/fees no matter who was driving.
